Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for new team members for our business partner, who will join the team of Help-desk technicians in the area of transportation systems. The main tasks will be to analyze the reasons for failures recorded in the system and troubleshooting, advising of users and making small adjustments in customer systems. Services / operations will be provided 24/7.
- Preparation of new and expansion of existing solutions to eliminate the known problems
- Analysis of the causes of documented failures that have been removed by the incident management team
- Work together with the development department to eliminate errors
- Processing of documentation of the executed measures and analyzes in the particular system
- Working in a team and working with other teams
- Work in an international environment
