Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries
- receive and sort daily mail/ deliveries/ couriers
- receive, file and register incoming invoices
- assist with business trips organization (hotel booking, travel tickets and taxi services, travel insurance)
- assist in payroll preparation (attendance, meal vouchers, providing relevant employee travel data)
- assist in planning and preparation of meetings, conferences or events
- co-ordinate meetings and organize catering
- monitor and maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies and office catering, order office and kitchen supplies
- provide general administrative and clerical support

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)
