Program Procurement Manager

• Manage and coach Procurement planning team to achieve objectives.
• Ensure correct follow of procedures, identify gaps in process and resolve.
• Ensure headcount levels are correct and identify opportunities, and manage any required changes.
• Provide key interface between Program and Sourcing.
• Interrogate requirements from Program for future requirements.
• Provide Program requirements to sourcing, flow down contract terms, cost down requirements, forward intelligence etc to sourcing.
• Provide key interface between Program and Operational Procurement.
• Provide accurate LOB and shortage requirements list to Operational Procurement.
• Challenge Program, Manufacturing and planning on detail for requirements.
• Involvement in Make/Buy management.


• Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing Management, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field;
• Typically 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain function;
• Spoken and written English fluency is required;
• Czech language min. at level B1;
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project;
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data with an aptitude in decision making;
• Strong leadership capabilities;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to perform and produce results in a team environment;
• Experience with presentations of complex issues to upper and executive management;
• Knowledge of Aerospace supply chain market is an advantage;
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
• Excellent negotiation skills a must;
• Excellent organization and planning skills, flexibility, responsibility and willingness to learn.
