2nd LEVEL WINDOWS SUPPORT (30 - 40.000 CZK)

Responsibilities:
* Monitoring IT infrastructure
* Providing technical support at 2nd level
* Solving problems and Requests independently
* Communication with external vendors and foreign users
* Dealing with different problems from area of networks, servers, security, etc.
* Working in shifts
