Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- assist in the budget cycle and take on the challenge for the plan budgeting cycle optimisation
- budget process owner for Bratislava plant
- assist in production controlling
- ensure the correct follow-up of production orders (compare actual figures with international standards and explain differences)
- calculate cost prices and transfer prices of our new products with correct SAP follow up
- SAP process owner for the plant
- analyse and evaluate direct cost effects on profitability
- advise different stakeholders in the plant
- quarterly/monthly analysis of plant related variables; material costing update, follow-up of stock differences of our local warehouse, verify status of all production orders
- prepare and analyse stock report & variance report (in collaboration with logistics department)

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Master's degree)
Personality requirements and skills
- Advanced education in accounting/finance/controlling (e.g. degree in business administration at university/university of applied science)
- 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and accounting department, preferably in the production (automotive) sector
- High expertise in month-end closing procedures
- Flexible, communicative, resilient
- Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP), reporting tools and Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel) and Power BI
- Fluent level of English
- Good knowledge of financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently draw conclusions
