Senior Manager Regional HR IT

What will your responsibilities be?

• Manages the regional HRIT portfolio for EMEA regions (e. g. Payroll and T&A implementations, consolidations and integrations) to ensure stated objectives are met and the deployment is on-time and within budget.
• In collaboration with the HRIT Director, defines implementation plans to deliver on global strategies which meet regional requirements.
• Works closely with HR business partners and the global HRIT BRM to define business cases for strategic projects.
• Ensures effective operations of deployed applications. Ensures cost effectiveness of application support and maintenance. Identifies and implements improvements to reduce the total cost of ownership.
• Ensures applications are production-quality with safe and secure operations, high availability, reliable performance, and minimal disruption.
• Proactively identifies project related dependencies within the HRIT Portfolio; Manages escalations, recommends, and implements mitigating actions or contingency plans.



Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

• Successfully completed studies in (business) computer science, business administration or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience managing HR Technology projects is required.
• Extensive experience leading technical development of integrations between HCM, Payroll and T&A systems is required.
• Experience with Payroll and T&A system including supporting software selection/RFPs, implementations and application support is required.
• Expert in Portfolio and Project Management
• Strong leadership, people management and organizational skills.
• Excellent English language skills
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally on a project basis (
