Job description, responsibilities and duties
• 2nd level support for end users within the organization´s desktop computing enviroment
• Installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance
• Troubleshoot problem areas in person, by telephone or via remote access)
• Provide end- user assistence where required
• Respond and resolve tickets in timely manner
• Implement IT policies, procedures and system controls

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
• At least two years experience in Help Desk services/ End User Support services
• Excellent technical knwoledge of current protocols, operating system and standards
• Ability to operate tools, components and peripheral accessories
• Software and Hardware Troubleshooting
• Routers, switches and firewall experience
• TCP/IP
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and Windows ACL´s
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working within enterprise ticket systems
• ITIL Foundation Certificate
