Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Ordering hardware for new hires, refreshes, emergency refreshes, additional PC’s for internal Customers in campus locations
• Provide order updates to internal Customers.
• Communicates refresh schedule requirements and activities to customers.
• Scheduling refresh activities with internal Customers and Deskside Support Team
• Managing and leveraging idle asset pool for redeployment opportunities
• Creating tickets for new hires, refreshes, emergency refreshes, additional PC’s
• Routing tickets/requests to correct support teams outside the campus locations
• Continual status reporting with Deskside Support, Engineering and Asset Management teams. Arrange shipment of assets from campus to Customer location and vice versa as needed

Requirements for the employee

Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
• Four-year college degree with emphasis in a computer related field or the equivalent skill, knowledge, and experience
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support field
• Working knowledge of PC Asset management technologies, principles and best practices
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
• Experience with project management principles
• Experience in creating technical documentation and process mapping
• Ability to work effectively with business personnel at all levels as well as with outside vendors and contractors
• Basic knowledge of ITIL version 3 and experience with the implementation of ITIL processes
• Positive customer service and team attitude (helping others when required)
• Basic understanding of PC Lifecycle Management Tools, specially Microsoft SCCM
• Multi-language skills preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support field
