For our technical development center in Trenčín, we are currently seeking to recruit a

Advanced Quality Engineer

Your responsibilities:

Ensure that all Lessons Learned from previous programs have preventive or corrective actions defined for the program. Customer Specific Requirements are mandatory but should only supplement the standardised Adient process & product design guidelines. (Planning / Balance)
Communicate directly with the Customer for Quality related issues and transfer the customer requirements / information’s to all SDT members (Customer Liaison)
Lead & faciltate all revelant Quality activities within the program (Coordination)
Implement & maintain records of all the required PLUS Quality documentation relevant for the program. Ensure that the Quality Chain has been effectively implemented for the program. Documents should include but not restricted to the following: PSMC, SSO, Control Plan, ODS, Measurement & Test records etc.(Documentation)
Participate in workgroups (Design & Process FMEA reviews, DFM, DFA, etc.) to ensure that the Quality delievrables have been considered & implemented where deemed critically important. Any related or revelant PPSC identified for the same or similar product design must have a robust preventive or corrective action in place for the program (Information)
Communicate across all relevant departments (SDT, Design & Product Engineering, Purchasing, Advanced Manufacturing etc.) to ensure that corrective actions have been idnetifed for all product deviations (Communication / Corrective Action)
Report the APQP Status in the program (Prodash), including Customer specific reports (Reporting)
Adopt BOS & PLUS Quality delivearbles as the standard method & way of working. Promote BOS & PLUS as the Adient way of working & encourage all other functions to utilise the process (Management System)
* Lead & execute the program relevant APQP activities. Ensure focus with robust supplier product & process feasibility events for the program (External suppliers)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* University degree or equivalent levels of eduction for product & process engineering.   
* Minimum 3 to 5 years working within an Automotive Industry environment.
* Minimum 3 to 5 years working in quality related activities within a Design & Development or Operational production environment.
* Experience with OEM & their Customer Specific Requirements.
* Experience with external supplier management and their production processes.
* Trained in standards for Quality Management Systems (QMS): QS-9000, ISO TS 16949, VDA 6.3, EAQF, AVSQ, EFQM etc
* Application of QMS tools and techniques: APQP, FMEA, Inspection planning, SPC, DOE, QFD
* IT Literacy & knowledge of software applications in an engineering environment
