* At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the Unix/Linux environment, performing standard business hours/on-call duties
* Experience in Hypervisor Environments ( VMware / HyperV )
* Personality motivated by improvement, with positive attitude towards challenges
* Creativity and good decision making in ambiguous situations, ability to resolve issues while following the safe best practices
* Previous active participation in the problem resolution process, demonstrated focus on identifying root cause, permanent corrective actions and preventive measures
* Good communication and presentation skills, ability to transfer knowledge to other members of the team and positively influence them
* Demonstrated ability to independently work on assigned long-term tasks, delivering the results, with effective progress tracking and reporting
* Ability to cooperate in cross-platform teams
* English Language ( written and spoken )
