Job description, responsibilities and duties
The main responsibility of Student in HR Department is to be an executive assistant of HR Business Partner:
Sourcing candidates from internal and external databases or via job boards
Internal systems and databases administration: Taleo, PeopleSoft, Wizard, etc.
Candidate phone screening, selection of suitable candidates
Accounting tests administration
Interview organization, candidate feedback
HR administration ( preparation of contracts, contract amendments, employee files audit)
Preparation of reports in MS Excel
Communication with staffing agencies
* Communication with team leaders and employees

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
* Student of 3rd or 4th grade at University
* Upper- intermediate English skills (B2 level), any other language is advantage
* Ability to work at least 20 hours/ week for a longer period (next coming year)
* Detail oriented and responsible person with pro-active approach able to learn quickly
* Good communication skills (written and spoken communication)
* Ability to work in team
