Student Summer Internship
July 3 – August 11, 2017
We are looking for 12 creative students who are interested in future working opportunities as Engineers or Program Managers in one of our development teams in Europe. The summer internship will take place in Trencin in the Engineering & Development Center of Adient Slovakia.

Challenge consisting of solving real-life technical issues regarding the development of automotive seating systems (teamwork)
Opportunity to help disabled children by working on a special project
Professional leadership and assistance of our highly experienced engineers from the biggest automotive engineering center in Slovakia
A chance to get familiar with the detailed structure and particular components of the automotive seats
Training in the management soft skills
A lot of fun during the teambuilding activities
* And at the end, presentation of the project results to the management of the company in English :-)

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
You are a suitable candidate, if:
* You are a motivated student who has completed at least 6 semesters in the technical field of study
* You are creative and have a good analytical thinking
* You are able to communicate in English
* You appreciate learning new things and experiencing creative and dynamic atmosphere of an international corporation
* You are willing to participate on a social oriented project
* You have (at least) basics knowledge of a 3D software (preferably CATIA V5)
We offer:
* Accommodation during the internship on company’s expense
* Meal vouchers of 4.20 EUR each
* Opportunity of self-development in both technical and social areas
* Both technical and non-technical trainings
* Financial reward
* A certificate at the end of the internship
* The best students will gain scholarship for the upcoming academic year, they will also be given the opportunity to work on an interesting diploma thesis with the assistance of selected mentor, or they could be offered by job opportunity.
