For our location in Trencin, we are currently seeking to recruit a
Expediting Supervisor
Job Description:
Ensure on-time deliveries of customer orders and on-time materials procurement
Inventory control and management, optimizing of inventories
Analyze customer forecast
Forecasting for planning capacities and materials (in-house, suppliers) incl. containers, tools, manpower, machiner
Check BOM and other Parameters in Materials System (MFG/Pro) in case of product changes, new product launches and run-outs
Fit all requirements of customers, supplier and internal customers in using BOS, JCMS and other JC standards, starts improvement actions
Documentation about all inbound and outbound shipments and set up action plans to establish the targets (transport on tactical level)
Monitoring and optimization of freight costs
Discuss supply / transport plan with logistics service provider (operational level)
In case of model changes: discuss run-out planning, clean supply chain, prepare eventual claims towards customer
MFG/Pro user management
Motivation and training of staff
Review supplier performance (quantity, time) incl. LSP (Logistic Service Provider)
Support new product/line launch (incl. packaging material necessary)
Packaging (maintenance and follow-up)
Stock data accuracy: manage the cycle counters and analyze differences
Provide data for JC Logistic reports

Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
* Min 3 years experience in leading team
* Experience in the automotive or comparable industry or in a logistics department
* Fluent knowledge of English language
* Strong leadership skills
