Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Scheduling Agreements and Pricing for Direct Material
• Validating data content, appropriate Purchasing approvals and required supporting documents
• Processing Price Change Forms & validating updates
• Initiating and maintaining Prices on Scheduling Agreements and Info Records
• Validating Self billed SAs
• Tooling Ownership agreement validation
• Tracking and storage documents for audit purposes
• Maintaining Payment Term changes on SAs and Purchase Order level
• Reporting (e.g.: SOX controls, KPI reports, Internal controls etc.)

• Good knowledge of MS-Office, in particular good Excel skills

• Some experience with administration, data validation and processing is advantage
