Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Supervise team of Analysts responsible to place direct phone calls and e-mails to customers
• Daily past du monitoring, follow up on resolution and if required proper escalation
• Supports Team to solve past due by attending calls with plants, business partners, or customers
• Collaboration with the other departments to support overall objectives, responsibility for total aging (past due, unapplied cash, credit/debit memos postings and clearings)
• Manage month end close activities:
- Report potential high value past due to Business partners (early warning)
- Report high value past due with action plans and responsibility assignment
- Bad debt analysis and posting
- Validate monthly cash forecast
• Ensures correctness and compliance of processes with internal procedures, responsibility for the overall quality
• Develop and motivate team members (i.e. monthly 1 to 1meetings, evaluations, weekly team meetings, communication, high team spirit)
• Understand automotive business processes and support to meet profit plant by development and implementation of improvements

Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)

• Prior leadership experience
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills
• Good accounting knowledge
• Strong Excel knowledge
• SAP knowledge and Automotive industry knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, result-orientation, responsibility, flexibility
• Managing of stressful situations
• Fluent English, other languages are advantage
• Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting
