Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Self-dependent coordination of the migration of teams and data into the JCI PLM-System SIEMENS TeamCenter
• Set your own targets and execute given targets as well in a consequent manor
• Closely collaboration with our internal customers on the following topics:
• Define the scope of program / data migration to the new PLM, based on agreed criteria with business teams and management direction
• Plan program / data migration in coordination with business and PLM teams (Training, Data Migration, Support) following the existing Migration-Phases
• Drive the execution of program / data migration, ensuring the quality of Training, Data Migration and Support using the aligned BBP`s
• Propose, document and implement continuous improvement initiatives to the deployment methods and processes
• Coach /Support business teams in PLM, till they are self-contained to operate (using the maturity model as an assessment tool); be a “Change Agent” in the organization
• Closely collaboration with the departments being as well involved in the migration:
TRAINING, SUPPORT, DATA MIGRATION FACTORY, PLM IT, PLM WORK STREAMS
• Documentation of all these tasks including a weekly reporting

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Master's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
* Successfully graduated study in the area of engineering or another equivalent qualification within engineering
* At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in launching products as a program manager or engineering manager, ideally within the automotive industry or in a similar field/area
* Comprehensive experience in project and team leading as well as independent implementation of large-scale projects in an international work environment including complete documentation
* Professional presence and capacity combined with fun to work on a challenging project within the PLM area
* A certain usage of the Microsoft products
* Very good English skills spoken and written
* “Change oriented” mindset and willingness to use it to guide and form the change to the maximum benefit for the organization
* A distinct self-assurance as well as a confident appearance across different hierarchy levels
* Willingnes to travel
