Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose of this job is to support our Customer ServiceTeam within the Slovak and Hungarian markets and being part of the team which ensures positive development of adidas brand image and sustainable and profitable business across distribution channels through integrated communication plans across all communication channels supporting brand and category objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting all activities of Customer Service Team
• Planning and organizational work
• Communication with customers
• Support the decision process of Customer Service Team by executing various operational analytical tasks
• Collecting best practices within Central Europe East region and outside and implement key learnings into future activities within the department
• Gather and actively share relevant business/market intelligence

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Hungarian - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Intermediate (B1)
