Maintenance manager

Attached to the plant manager you ensure all the general maintenance operations and ensure the good condition of the equipment and the availability of the machines.

- organize and ensure preventive and curative maintenance of all installations, equipment and buildings
- develop preventive maintenance programs for production equipment,
ensure the launch of new projects (machine/tools), in particular through the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- optimize the management of the spare parts store (stock, tools, ...)
- establish the maintenance plan, machine shitdowns, the annual budget and the investment plan, then guarantee the deployment
- select suppliers of equipment and technical services
- coordinate the interventions of the subcontractors, whose technical and financial conditions you negotiate
- participate in future investment projects and guarantee the installation of new machines
- ensure safety, respect for the environment and respect for hygiene standards on site
