Quality manager (automotive)

- Devise and establish company's quality procedures, standards and specifications according and ISO 16949 and VDA.
- VDA expert + all automotive requirements
- Implement and maintain quality documentation
- Project management: taking the quality leader position for projects from nomination till SOP for all new projects
- Ensure that product quality is according to customer expectations.
- Review and implement customer specific requirements and complains making sure they are met.
- Register, monitor and decide on non-conforming material and products.
- Investigate root causes, make proposals for corrective and preventive measures.
- Set and maintain Control plan, monitor and evaluate execution of Control plan.
- Experience with all automotive procedures and standards: PPAP, FMEA…
- Advise and support on the area of process control, both internal as external (customer/suppliers).
- Manage external/internal audits.
- Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality guidelines, quality procedures, visual aids, reporting system.
- Lead communication with all relevant departments (e.g. Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, etc.) and therefore the responsibility to coordinate corrective actions in case of product deviations (Communication/Corrective Action), communication with headquarter in France
- Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system,
- Develop training to build quality awareness
