Job description, responsibilities and duties

We have an exciting opportunity to work for a new company in Nitra region. The company will supply car interior products for Jaguar Land Rover.

Human Resource Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and coordination of policies and programs including but not limited to employment, employee relations, wage and salary administration, benefit administration, orientation and training, safety and health, security, organizational planning and development, and other employee services, so at to provide an environment for a positive proactive, employee/employer relationship. Provides support to Corporate HR as needed.

Main job responsibilities:

- Plans, organizes and directs all activities of the department.
- Formulates and recommends policies, procedures, programs and objectives for the company.
- Determines, recommends and insures employee relations practices necessary to establish and maintain a positive employee-employer relationship.
- Establishes wage and salary policies, performance appraisal programs, employee benefit programs and services and company safety and health programs and monitors for effectiveness and cost containment.
- Protects the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
- Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affection the Human Resources function
- Directs the preparation of information approves all information submitted and acts as primary contact with labor counsel and outside government agencies.
- Coordinates and selects Human Resources consultants, insurance brokers and carriers, pension administrators, training specialists, labor counsel and other outside sources.
- Provides support to management, supervisor and all other employees in problem solving and conflict resolution.
- Approves all hires, wage changes, disciplinary actions, suspensions and/or termination.
- Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures.

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

-Two to Five Years Experience in Human Resources as a Generalist.
-Strong Interpersonal skills, including verbal and written.
-Excellent Organizational Skills.
-A thorough knowledge of Local, State and Federal Regulations.
-Previous successful demonstrated ability in Human Resources.
