Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are hiring for one of our top clients in IT - looking for a Project Manager experienced in bidding who will work on an international business project and will be responsible for its successful realization.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Contributing to business cases and establishing a project plan including specifications, conditions, costs and project deliverables, arrange resourcing, organizing project team according to customer requirements
- Monitoring the project execution
- Identifying and managing project risks, in line with procedures and guidelines and in cooperation with the steering committee
- Reporting to customer and company management
- Deliver project-results in line with internal and external customer requirements, ensure transfer to client and evaluate project execution and its results
- Manage different teams of up to 25 people directly
- Lead in preparing and managing projects / bids in Cat. C
- Define, plan, manage and coordinate assigned projects or processes, lead and coach team members and ensure execution and delivery

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills
German - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Intermediate (B1)
Personality requirements and skills
- Practical experience in leading projects (min. 3 years)
- Knowledge of SAP, ESS, MSS
- Experience with automation
- Know how in Project Methodology - PMI, Prince2 or other (CAPM Certification is advantage)
- Extensive knowledge of Project management: PMI (preferred) or IPMA
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology and ICT
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Adaptable, analytical mind, problem solver, stress resistant, team player
- Willing to travel abroad
