Job description, responsibilities and duties

– Realizing the store retail target, ensure the market share, and supervising the stores or promoters to realize the sales targets.
– Ensure the product store coverage, OTC, recommendation.
– Store image maintenance and management, Store Display management.
– Customer relationship management, making and executing the store visit plan.
– Managing the retail promotion, managing promoters’ daily attendance, PSI report.
– Executing the promotion activities, searching the special promotion activities’ data, searching the information of competing products.
– Organizing and attending the trainings, appraisals to improve yourself business ability.
– Discovering and solving the retail problems reported by the promoters.
– Searching the market information, store information and finding the potential sale opportunities through the store inspection

Personality requirements and skills

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
– Demand or Merchandise Planning experience, retail or wholesale or combination of both.
– College Degree or above.
– Strong working knowledge of consumer electronics industry in conjunction with different channels of distribution.
– Strong analytical and quantitative skills; computer proficient with Microsoft applications.
– Excellent organization skills.
– Strong communication skills including the ability to work in a team environment; solid written and verbal communicator.
– Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, adapt to change and maintain composure under pressure.
– Strong systems understanding.
– Fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities of native language and English.
