Job description, responsibilities and duties

• The objective of this role is to be involved in admin operations related to payroll and systems maintenance ensuring data accuracy
• Supporting HR team with implementation of WORKDAY system
• Provide backup for Senior Payroll and Compensation Specialist
• Update systems with personnel data, generate HR reports and analysis
• Provide certain level of admin support and internal system coordination
• Data gathering to provide accurate and timely instructions to payroll
• Providing reports from HR systems
• Supporting HR team with implementation of WORKDAY system
• Giving training to employees on internal systems, helping with solving problems and updating data
