IT Operations Specialist (SCCM - Location Košice)

Adecco is currently recruiting for a SAP-certified global client in the Košice area who due to continued growth require a Senior IT Operation Specialist to join their professional team. The successful candidate will be involved in interesting projects.

Main responsibilities:
- Client patch management with WSUS / SCCM
- Create and manage GPOs (Client Win7 / Win 10)
- Housekeeping
- Software Packaging
- Knowledge in RayPack would be perfect
- KMS Server / Fileserver (Profile Management) / DNS / DHCP knowledge
- Incident / Service Request handling
- Handle and execute 2nd and 3rd level tickets / requests for Win7 / Win10 Client Management
- Change management
- Handle and Execute changes for client management Win7 / Win10 client Management

Requirements:
- Microsoft SCCM (pro level).
- Managing Clients
- Distribute Packages
- Create and manage Task-sequences
- Support in case of errors
- Housekeeping
- App-V knowledge if possible
- MC Afee EPO basis knowledge
- AirWatch Basis knowledge if possible
- Citrix XEN-App basis knowledge if possible
- English language - active and German language - active knowledge is advance
- Able to perform well independently or collaborate as a strong team player and multi-task in a matrix environment
- Presentation skills
- Excellent meeting facilitation skills, including via teleconference and web conference
- Must interact well with personnel at all organizational levels, internally and externally
