We are looking for an experienced actuary manager with strong analytical and leadership skills for newly created teams in reinsurance business.
Main tasks:
- leading and managment of two actuary teams
- implementation of interal actuary standards and procedures
- creation and implementation of costing models
- pricing analyses , costing and data management
- Project management activities
- providing support to more junior colleages , trainings and coaching
- responsibility for teams results and outputs
- cooperation with other teams globally
