Job description, responsibilities and duties

We have an exciting opportunity to work for a new automotive Company in the Nitra region. The purpose of the role is to be a shift based role undertaking the manning of the Trim & Final Control Room
He / She will see all break down and decide to correct action for solve the problem and add correct priority level.

- Monitoring the Performance of the Trim and Final Production Area
- Escalating Production Issues and directing Maintenance Technicians to breakdowns
- Providing an interface between the ‘Shop Floor’ and Management
- Providing minute by minute all records of the Production Area about all activities in assembly process. Provide this data to Group leader for next analyse.
- Analyse every status of assembly line and make quick action with necessary maintenance team to solve all issues.
- Manage maintenance people on the shop floor and define priority for solving issues.
- Define correct priority level for every breakdown.
- Prepare output data (MES, CMMS) for another department with target to root cause analyses.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Ability to communicate (English/Slovakian)
- High school level
- Ability to manage own time
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal Supervision
- Able to update databases / produce reports
- Be able to work shifts as directed by the company
- Ability to create and maintain strong relationships
- Self-Confident and able to demonstrate confident negotiation and communication skills
- Strength in problem solving & root cause analysis using adequate toolsets
- The candidate should have a good knowledge of PC Office Applications (Google mail, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Project).
- Technical thinking and Work under the stress situation
