Job description, responsibilities and duties
We have an exciting opportunity to work for a new automotive company in the Nitra region. We are hiring the position of Accountant.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting AP team
- Supporting ad-hoc queries from operational teams in relation to cost centre reporting
- Monitoring department and individual expense submission process and booking of related journal entries
- Intercompany invoicing and re-charging
- Monthly local reporting – Slovak GAAP
- Daily reporting including cash forecast requirements, bank reconciliations
- Communiucation to the HQ, other teams of the company
- Communitaciotn to the external partners

- High school or University education in the field of accounting
- 3 years of experince with complex accounting
- Knowledge of Slovak GAAP
- Deep knowledge of Excel
- Experience with IFRS
- SAP and ACCA are an advantage
- Fluent knowledge of English
