Job description, responsibilities and duties

We have an exciting opportunity to join new team in Nitra.
We are looking for a skilled Logistic Launch Manager.
Logistic Launch Manager controls all logistics activity on plant as a key member. Activities include management of all Logistics Engineering solutions and processes in all current and future production areas on Nitra Plant.

Responsibilities:
- Development and management of Plant MP&L launch plan
- Development and management of MP&L Plant Launch Quality Operating -Provide support and guidance for all MP&L functions, facilitating a seamless launch methodology
- Implement continuous improvement processes for MP&L launch activities
- Ownership for the MP&L operational solution at re-build phases
- Recruitment and management of MP&L launch team
- Formulate and manage launch budgets
- Manage and co-ordinate launch activity at MP&L off-site warehouses
- Pre build parts supply & status reporting at all build phases
- Single point of contact for all operational launch activities
- Development of SMF strategy for MP&L launch
- Ownership for LLP planning of new model parts storage, kitting & supply activities
- Provide leadership and direction to LLP launch teams at Nitra external warehouses
- Development of packaging & line side delivery storage solutions with the Logistics Engineering team
- Management and resolution of MP&L launch related issues
- Co-ordinate and manage model year run-out activities
- Identify and resolve part complexity issues with the area leaders
- Manage engineering alert changes with the plant launch team and the affected suppliers
- Provide direction and leadership to all MP&L launch personnel (all functions)
- Represent MP&L in all launch activities and at each gateway reviews
- Work with Trim & Final launch leader to deliver 'Best Solution' for material presentation
- Provide regular update to Plant Launch Manger
- Ensure problem avoidance mindset within MP&L

- Can form excellent working relationships
- Can effectively communicate at all levels internally & externally
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven man management and team leadership skills
- Project management experience
- Can manage a wide range of complex problems
- Capable of developing and making strong business cases & decisions
- Self driven & able to work unsupervised
- Process driven with experience of Lean Manufacturing and Problem Solving tools
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and to tight deadlines
- Demonstrate experience of financial analysis and budgetary control
- Demonstrate 100% commitment and support in all situations including out-of-hours
