We are looking for plant manager with following responsibilities:
• Supervision and attendance of the new factory and then organisation and leadership of the production site.:
• Personnel responsibility and management
• Budget control and responsibility for the site
• Development and management of customer and supplier contacts
• Resposibility for safety, health and envinonment
• Reporting

• First work experience as plant manager (m/w) or next step after some years experience as production manager (m/w)
• Knowledge oft he automobil sector regarding customer service, supplier contact and production
• Know how of ISO TS 16949 and ISO 14001
• Commercial experience, reporting KPI`s
• Very good edv-skills (SAP and MS Office)
• Fluent english, oral and written
• Very good communication skills
• Teamorientated and motivating person with very good leadership qualities
• highly asseretiveness
• willingness to travel
• First work experience as plant manager (m/w) or next step after some years experience as production manager (m/w)
