Job description, responsibilities and duties
We have an exciting opportunity to work for a new automotive company Jaguar Land Rover in the Nitra. We are hiring for the positions of Quality Engineer - Paint.
- Report out quality metrics and project status to communicate current and future work streams being undertaken within the Paint Shop
- Expertise of FTT (First Time Through) and manufacturing divert processes including to generate data for root cause analysis
- PCPA (Premium Customer Product Audit) process, standards and actions required for the various category of fault
- Defect analysis to determine route cause and drive continuous improvement
- Supervising incoming quality including whole paintshop
- Expertise of Warranty claims process and competent at managing claims via PAWS (Prioritised Analytical Warranty System)
- Ensure alignment of internal quality standards and processes to target known quality concerns to deliver required vehicle quality performance
- Drive line trials and permanent process changes
- Key liaison between Paint and all other Manufacturing areas for X model line (BIW, T&F, Press, Engineering etc.)
- Show & Press car delivery (Paint)
- Interact closely with Cleaning company, improvements in terms of frequencies of cleaning, quality audits, cost etc.
- Support for internal and external plant audit and assessment as required

- Enthusiastic, with the motivation to achieve goals
