Job description, responsibilities and duties

We have an exciting opportunity to work for a new automotive Company in the Nitra region. We are hiring for the position of Process Engineer - Paint Mix Room and Repair.

- Support development and maintenance of Control Plans and associated paperwork within Paint Mix Room and Repair Area
- Development and maintenance work instructions within Paint Mix Room and Repair Area
- Support development, successful implementation and ongoing compliance / improvement of MQOS (Manufacturing Quality Operating Standard)
- Introduction New Colour. Hold regular colour harmony meeting
- Interact closely with Service team within the Mix Room measurement
- Liaise with suppliers for material improvements in terms of quality / cost etc. Follow up consumption of all material (Primer, Base coat, Clear coat, Solvents)
- Approval and collect CoA (Certificate of Acceptance) of the each batch of material
- Manage Incoming Materials
- Management all chemical product within area including all documents needed (MSDS, etc…)
- Provide technical and process support to manufacturing
- Implement and maintain key process measurements to support improvement projects
- Support line trials and permanent process changes
- Support Quality and Environmental Leader with vehicle specific quality issues
- Review and concurrence of QPS (Quality process sheet) and WES (work element sheet) on a calendarised basis
- Support for internal and external plant audit and assessment as required

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

- 3 + years’ experience in paint technology
- 3 + years’ experience with colour harmony
- Have the ability to visualise and explain the current status
- Self-starter with the confidence and ability to work on own initiative
- Enthusiastic, with the motivation to achieve goals
