GBS and Procurement Communications Manager

- Provide counsel to the GBS and Procurement functions, recommending communication strategies and messaging that help build understanding, inspire employees and drive business value.
- Leverage internal social collaboration channels and tools to promote and enhance service delivery of GBS to internal customers and facilitate communication within the function
- Develop and execute a crisis and change communication strategy for the GBS function.
- Support GBS Internal Customer Relations activities; develop and execute communication tactics, as needed.
- Oversee the redesign of the GBS intranet site and supervise ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the GBS intranet site.
- Support the annual supplier expectation days with according communication measures
- Support senior leadership communications in the GBS organization
- Use social media channels to enable one-way and multi-way dialogue with GBS leaders
- Develop content and participate in GBS roadshows with internal customers
- Develop enterprise internal communications, implementing them within the GBS function accordingly
- Develop content and advice on the appropriate channels for Procurement communications with suppliers and vendors
- Support the development of messaging and creation of communication materials for the annual supplier expectation days
- Regularly measure and evaluate the effectiveness of GBS and Procurement communications, specifically vendor communications
