Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a candidate for a challenging position of a Capacity Planner, who will be accountable of implementation changes, designing and analysing of the newest applications. Our client is a global provider for complex and integration solutions in telecommunications. The position is situated in Bratislava.
- Capacity management and planning of service platforms, (including VoIP Tandem Network, SS7 Network, SS7-Sigtran, SS7 Link Monitoring platform, Voice and Web Conferencing, VoiceMail, and others)
- Cooperating with internal and external vendors and producing reports of platform capacity projects in a timely manner
- Monitoring of KPI/KCI and project management
- Processing alerts of predicted capacity threshold breaches and assigning to appropriate department, monitoring their progress and escalating where necessary
- Active cooperation with technical teams
- Specific server configurations support
Requirements for the employee
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
English - Advanced (C1)
Personality requirements and skills
- 1 - 3 years working experience in similar position
- Experience with Capacity Planning and Management
- English language - advanced
- Critical thinking and attention to detail
- Expert in MS Excel is a MUST
