- implemenation and testing new internal platform
- handling internal databases
- creation of client´s accounts, forms
- solving client´s requests and issuea via email / Telephone
- providing mainly technical support to client
- communication with coporate clients on a daily basis
- ad hoc issues

Secondary with school-leaving examination
