Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Comp&Ben team’s purpose is to develop performance and reward programs aligned to business strategy which attract, motivate and retain the right people. The key part of the role is to support colleagues in the team to gather and analyse data, to prepare work for new initiatives across Comp&Ben and to coordinate the annual compensation planning cycle.

Main Responsibilities:
- Leads on salary data reporting and any ad hoc reports and analyses requested
- Coordinates of the annual Compensation planning programme
- Supports JLR Performance management cycle
- Supports Recruitment team on Offers to candidates
- Provides support to Payroll outsourcer and Finance team with HR data
- Manages salary and benefit surveys and supports the salary benchmarking process
- Supports Comp&Ben projects in Slovakia
- Supports for expatriates and assignees in Slovakia
- Trains and supports employees on Comp&Ben related matters (cars, benefits, meal cards, payroll etc.)
- Updates Comp&Ben policies and helps to implement them in Slovakia

- HR operational experience
- Proficient English language skills
- Excellent Excel (pivot tables, graphs, filters, etc.) and analytical skills

- Ability to understand and effectively implement HR policies and procedures
- Compensation & Benefits experience - desirable!
