We are looking for an administrative clerk with financial and accounting background, who will be responsible for:
• Data administration of contracts, master data, billing, reporting etc.
• Responsibility for correct data entries
• Regular communication with other countries´ contacts regarding necessary clarifications and closing open issues
• Log issues and discuss with or escalate to team leader
• Regular inputs for reporting
• Process improvements and harmonization activities support
• Process analysis and improvement actions
• Meeting KPIs and high quality standards
• Ad-hoc tasks

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
