We have an exciting opportunity to work for a new automotive Company in the Nitra region. We are hiring for the position of Senior Launch Leader – Paint

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead safety first mind-set within the team
• Lead delivery of Launch actions utilizing flawless launch principles via the Launch Quality Operating System
• Co-ordinate Pre Production Build and Launch Budget planning for the Manufacturing Plant
• Management/utilisation of LQOS, iPLM and rework databases. Engage pre-volume vehicle rework planning and delivery
• Plan activities for and supervise pre-series build support team
• Preparation of accurate and objective program status reports in support of launch manager requirements
• Lead planning and delivery of pre-volume vehicle build specification matrices and build events
• Support World Class associate training and facilities and activities in territory
• Develop and roll out lessons learned adoption program from best practices identified
• Support and lead in conjunction with AME-PFMEA gateway reviews
• The role will involve supervision of Paint product coaches

•A full awareness of CCARS, LQOS, MQOS, IPS, AIMS, GSPAS, WERS
•Detailed working knowledge of Vehicle Paint process, areas, layout and operations
•Highly self-motivated, confident and strong interpersonal skills
•A 6 sigma mind set towards business performance and improvement
•Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques and working practices, continually striving for continuous improvement
•Ability to work off site at alternative locations, including overseas
•Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and deliver key objectives
•Good experience of working with computers and IT, especially Microsoft Excel, Power point & Word.
•Supervisory experience
•Ideally degree qualified
•Experience in manufacturing process and product change management
•Proficient in English, Slovakian and other European languages
