Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for Senior Software Engineer / Software Team Lead on .NET platform.

If you are willing to participate on a project with positive and visible footprint on human's lives, using agile methods of SW development (SCRUM), leading a development team to reach defined milestones, providing high output quality along with active SW development, then you are on the right place. We expect a lead authority.

Responsibilities:
 Responsibility for creation and alignment of detail design and feature specifications.
 Planning and controlling of tasks, schedule, and change management.
 Coordination with concerned partners.
 Support effort estimation and planning for dedicated sub-project.
 Controlling technical realization of work packages.
 Technological lead of developers on dedicated sub-project
 Reporting of sub-project results.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

 Experience with design, implementation, integration
and test of client - server applications.
 Experience with OOP.
 Strong orientation on quality and results.
 Experience with design of patterns.
 Experience with object oriented design techniques.
 Experience with modeling using UML.
 Ability to cooperate well within a team environment and positively interact with other teams.
 Good communication and presentation skills.
 Experience with scrum project methodologies

The job will require some traveling to Austria and/or Germany.
