Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your activities
• Uses NGDM standards, process and procedures as required
• Works with the deployment teams to facilitate the data collection and reporting process, and escalates issues as necessary
• Being responsible for the accuracy and availability of populated account information in Delivery Map
• Maintains, validates and update the data model with minimal direction to achieve an actual and current status
• Ensures that variances in data accuracy in Delivery Map are monitored and corrected accordingly and that corrective actions are taken to prevent recurring variances
• Produces standard and Ad Hoc reports
• Conducts and summarizes complex data to generate account reports
• Manages the resolution of conflicts in the data repository by interfacing with internal teams
• Are the escalation point for resolving all inconsistencies in the data repository, reconciles the discepancies and ensures error generation is eliminated
• Provides input to Data Collection process improvement and actively participates in providing ideas
• Effectively measures the impact of improvements in the process by baselining and keeping a series of meaningful metrics and reports
Requirements
• Experience in strategy and planning with Statistics background
• Good with spreadsheets and number crunching
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel including PivotTable, V-Lookup, data mining and Microsoft Office (Power-point is a plus)
• Strong analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills
• Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent business experience
• Basic Project Management knowledge
• ITIL Foundations certified
• Proficient problem solving skills
• Proficient communication skills
• Proven record to analyze high volumes of data to ensure accuracy and compliance to standards
• Ability to query and compare data
• Time management and work-load balancing skills
• Able to prioritize and multitask
