Job description, responsibilities and duties
We have an exciting opportunity to work for a new automotive Company in the Nitra region. We are hiring for the position of Production Ergonomist
Main Responsibilities:
• Report to Safety Manager and provide specialist ergonomics support
• Manage implementation of production ergonomics process in Nitra facility
• Advise and deliver ergonomics assessment reports to AME / CME
• Determine local ergonomics training package and deliver to relevant personnel
• Implement requirements of Health and Safety Management System with particular focus on production ergonomics and manual handling procedures
• Attend relevant business review meetings to provide appropriate reporting on production ergonomics matters
• Support generation of standards
• Maintain plant production ergonomics data and reporting to Safety Manager as well as local plant and leadership
• Build relationships with both hourly and salaried employee representatives and improve communication and commitment to delivery of production ergonomics standards and responsibilities.
• In conjunction with Production Ergonomics Manager develop and deploy Production Ergonomics and related Health and Safety training solutions to all levels, including the identification and review of suitable partners to support the training activities
