For our client - Shared Service Centre in area of Finance, Retail and Customer Service - we are hiring for the position of a Project Manager, who will be responsible for preparing and executing process improvement strategies for both local and international finance Operation Teams.
Main responsibilities:
- analyze current processess and identify problematic issues and continuous improvement opportunities
- cooperation with local Finance, Technical and Human Resources Teams as well as global project management teams
- preparing, leading and mentoring process improvement projects
- using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- participate on creating best practises in reporting of Financial Operations Department

- 5+ years of experience in process improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Green Belt or higher certification
- Ability to demonstrate hands-on experience with preparing and executing process improvement project in one or more of the following areas: finance, payroll, administration, customer service, logistics
- English language - busines sprofficient
- Time management, presentation and negotiation skills
- Decision making skills, project management, leadership
- Able to manage complex escallation issues effectively
- Green Belt or higher certification
- Ability to demonstrate hands-on experience with preparing and executing process improvement project in one or more of the following areas: finance, payroll, administration, customer service, logistics
