Our client - a well established Shared Service Center in area of finance and tax - is looking for an experienced Business Process Operations Manager with the following tasks:
- Overall process optimalization through learning and understanding the business needs, current status and analysing areas of improvement
- Participating on development of business strategies, working with operation and technology teams
- Planning KPI performance development and linking business needs to technology innovations
- Business analysis, project management
- ISO supervisor and responsible
- Reporting to Head of Operations in the country

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Master's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
- University degree in Business/Management/Finance
- 5+ years of experience in Business Operations and/or Process Management function, ideally within logistics and in international environment
- Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
- Hands-on approach, able to demonstrate previous success
- Fluent in business English
- People management (leading at least a small team of people)
- Knowledge of and experience with Six Sigma and Lean methodology and above mentioned ISO principles
- 5+ years of experience in Business Operations and/or Process Management function, ideally within logistics and in international environment
- Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
- Hands-on approach, able to demonstrate previous success
- Fluent in business English
- People management (leading at least a small team of people)
