Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our client, we are looking for suitable candidate on Manager of Risk division position.

What will be your responsibility:
- Responsibility for setting of risk strategy and policies, credit portfolio risk management, product & process design and methodology
- Working together with the business colleagues in developing and improving retail products by making sure the compliance with internal directives regarding procedures, tools usage, approval process, etc.
- Being responsible for risk costs budgeting and forecasting process from Risk side
- analyzing risk of potential client
- development of products, processes and policies
- monitoring reports on business & risk results, analyzing developments, identifying issues and helping devise new actions plans to ensure risk criteria are measured, reported and positively used to further retail products & policies/strategies improvement
- responsibility for implementation of system related checks for fraud prevention, developing process for monitoring of courier
- Being a permanent member of the trainings organized for the products to the products users

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- University degree in financial or economics
- English language on advanced level
- 3+ years’ experience in retail banking risk management or retail banking operations preferably in an international environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Sense for risk management
- good level of communication
- initiative and dynamic personality
