Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for suitable senior candidate, experienced in Metrics creation, KPI measuring and setting up SLAs. This position of Business Services Manager is not including people management, however this position is senior individual role, responsible for:
- working in business centrum international environment
- communication with teams in other countries
- making connection in between local and abroad team
- creating and supervising of SLAs , project delivery deadlines, based on complexity and difficulty of the project work (connected to financial operations, risk management)
- creating and supervising of KPIs for teams based in Bratislava, setting up amount of work, productivity of the team, quality of project delivery
- updating, creating and supervising of other important metrics relevant for good quality data delivery and ,on time, project delivery
- strategic metrics, team capacity metrics...not only monitoring execution, but also monitoring creation
- this role includes few abroad trainings
- teleconference meetings with managers of other teams abroad (UK, Germany...)
- work in dynamic environment
