For our client, an international company, we are hiring reliable, thorough and proactive person who will be responsible for communication with customers and responding to their requests.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Assisting with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Solving queries, including billings, errors, account questions, cancelations, and others
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
- Advise on company information and steps to taketo apply for services
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
- Handle product recalls
- Offer products and services
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
