Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our client, company acting in technical solutions for external clients on Global level, we are looking for a specialist in HR area for the position HR Manager.

What will be your responsibility:
- monitoring and developing of annual budget
- acting as controlling point for payroll, responsibility for correctness and deadlines in payroll
- taking responsibility for implementation and administration of Human Resources policies
- ensuring that policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant
- Human Resources database update, review if this database accurate and complies with legislation
- Ownership of all HR related documentation (for example employment contracts act.)
- Leading of department development, setting up goals and individual objectives, regular review
- building of strong relationship with management and staff
- coaching activities
- advice activities to employees and management

Candidates with education suit the position

Personality requirements and skills

Required experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources on manager role
- background from international and progressive environment
- flexibility and availability to travel if needed
- success and goal orientated personality
- strong performer with sense for diplomacy
- proven analytical skills, planning and organizational skills
- communication on excellent level, able to communicate with high level management
