Job description, responsibilities and duties

We’re looking for Microsoft SharePoint Junior Consultant to join an established internal team of developers.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in enterprise content migration processes in affected departments
- Share your experience in consulting sessions on end-to-end solutions
- Streamline the design of ECM by using out of the box SharePoint solutions (lists, libraries, web/app parts, forms, filters, search bars, etc)
- Transfer the knowledge by training users, writing knowledge base articles, FAQs, blogs
- Comply with requirements for use of content centric process automation (Nintex approval workflows)
- Build and maintain trust and good relationships with internal customers, partners

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience with SharePoint (versions 2010 or 2013)
- Fluent English - business language used on daily basis
- Good overview in MS Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012; MS SQL 2012
- Experience in designing with MS Visio desired
- Experience with JavaScript in intranet web development area together with HTML, and CSS strongly preferred
- Ability to turn business requirements into deliverable solutions
- Proactive, service oriented professional with accountability capable of delivering commitments
- Excellent communication, presentation and training skills
- Ability to identify opportunities to enhance productivity, increase efficiency, simplicity
