Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Implement locally the strategy of the supported regions
- Meet and exceed HR KPI’s and targets defined for the region
- Plan the resources and workload accordingly to ensure all the deadlines and client needs are met in a timely and effective manner
- Lead the team on a day to day basis
- Trainings, support and motivation of the team, solving issues if needed
- Optimization of processes, implementing changes and ensuring that guidelines are followed
- Cooperation with HR Manager, as well as colleagues from assigned branches
- Continuous strive for self-improvement and improvement of the team

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- At least 4 years of experience in people management
- Experience in HR, covering areas like Talent acquisition, Training & Developement, Performance management, etc.
- Experience in Customer Service an advantage
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Experience with outsourcing of services is a great advantage
- Goal oriented, driven by results, able to achieve the same with his direct reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships
- Strong presentation, analytical and negotiating skills
