Financial Operations supervisor

Are you experienced in AR and managing people? Then we are looking just for you!
Our client, dynamic international company, is looking for a new AR Supervisor.

You will be responsible for:

- Managing your team, monitoring workload, leading, appraising
- Month end closing
- Escalating issues
- Communicating with other departments, as well as with customers
- Deal with queries from internal/external customers in a timely manner
- Close cooperation with Manager

People Management:
* Leading and developing a team of AR Analysts, including hiring, training, and employee development; managing group workload and establishing priorities; ensuring existing policies and procedures are followed; managing annual performance targets and operating budget;
*creating and monitoring appropriate performance metrics.
*This position will also act as an escalation point in resolving complex outstanding issues with internal and external business partners.

Project Management:
* Solving complex customer/vendor issues and proactively heading off negative service trends.
*Understanding and correctly utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures.
*Development, analysis and improvement of new strategies and procedures. You will have the ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-range goals.
*Developing and achieving performance goals and objectives in order to achieve business expectations.
*A successful candidate is expected to be a part of a global team focusing on AR vision creation,
*Tools enhancement and development as well as being the key for further expansion
