Risk Manager – Non-finance Risk, Bratislava

For our client, we are looking for suitable candidate for Risk Manager position. Our client can offer atractive and stable international enviroment.

What will be your responsibility:
- correct and complete interpretation and administration of the legal documentation (agreements such as ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, CSA)
- timely entry of relevant data into financial market relevant corporate systems
- monitoring and reporting of exposure levels on new CSA agreements prior to set-up
- investigation and resolution of questions and breaking of the closeout netting rules between the Legal Admin system and other systems
- creation of reports for management information purposes daily
- to review processing procedures and propose improvements to increase efficiency
- to implement and align changes to processes as required by new regulations, projects, or policies from head office

Requirements:
- B2 Level of English – Reading, Writing, and Speaking (German or French language is an added value)
- 1-3 years’ work experience within Financial Markets Operations (preferably working with Derivatives products)
- Study completed in Legal, Finance or Economics
- Proven knowledge/understanding of FM Products and ISDA documentation framework
- MS Office skills
